The Workshop
We will explore dimensions of two profound and fundamental questions of the spiritual quest:
What is the truth of my real being, my higher Self?
How can I make this truth a reality in the midst of the challenging circumstances of my life?
Working together with practices of sacred sound, breath, meditation, sacred dance and walks, and sohbet (spiritual conversation), we will seek to awaken to more authentic dimensions of our Self and to understand how we can express this awakening more fully and joyfully in our lives.

The Workshop
We will explore dimensions of two profound and fundamental questions of the spiritual quest:
- What is the truth of my real being, my higher Self?
- How can I make this truth a reality in the midst of the challenging circumstances of my life?
